Due to ongoing concerns surrounding the coronavirus outbreak, we have decided to take the following precautions to help keep all employees and customers safe.
Our sales representatives will no longer be carrying out unscheduled visits to customers. All employees have been instructed to call ahead, to avoid unexpectedly calling on those who are self-isolating, or who may have elderly or vulnerable relatives at home.
If an agreed visit is arranged, our sales representatives have been provided with hand sanitiser, and will clean their hands, on arrival and prior to leaving.
If onsite service is required for a breakdown, we will continue to provide this service. Again, this will be agreed with the customer, and our engineers have been provided with hand sanitiser, wipes, and gloves.
If you are self-isolating, and still require an onsite service visit, we can accommodate this, with no direct human contact. This would be prearranged by telephone prior to the visit.
Hand sanitiser is available at the entry to all our depots, and we kindly ask that all customers use this when entering and leaving the premises
Parts can be delivered to customers self-isolating and can be done without any direct human contact.
We endeavour to continue business as usual as much as possible, but we will be keeping a close eye on Government guidelines and will update these procedures as and when required.
